Laura is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and very skilled with her manual therapy. I would highly recommend her!
This place is such a rare and hidden gem here in Lutz! Laura works magic on the fascia, helping my body get back into alignment and releasing all of the aches and pains in a way a normal massage or physical therapy cant do. She also offers one and one breathwork sessions to help release stored emotions which is very powerful as well. If you are suffering in any way; whether emotionally or physically and are looking for something different to try- give SET a call; you wont be disappointed!
Elizabeth is a great SET therapist! Highly recommend!
