The amount of relief I’ve gotten from SET therapy, has been incredible! I had never heard of such a service until I met Laura through the Pilates studio. Wow, this is what I’ve really wanted over all those deep tissue massages and any other body work I’ve tried. So thankful I found this! Laura you are amazing at what you do!

This place is such a rare and hidden gem here in Lutz! Laura works magic on the fascia, helping my body get back into alignment and releasing all of the aches and pains in a way a normal massage or physical therapy cant do. She also offers one and one breathwork sessions to help release stored emotions which is very powerful as well. If you are suffering in any way; whether emotionally or physically and are looking for something different to try- give SET a call; you wont be disappointed!
