When I requested a return, they charged me a $70 fee just to come and pick it up on a specific scheduled day. I had an extremely disappointing experience with a sales representative named Bitha at Structube. Before purchasing a queen-sized bed, my wife and I explicitly asked her multiple times how difficult the assembly would be. Not once were we told that the final step requires a drill to force screws into the frame.
