I bought an L-shaped sofa less than a year ago, and already all the buttons have come off and the fabric is full of pills — so much so that I’m embarrassed to let anyone sit on it when they visit. I'm extremely upset that I didn't buy it from Costco instead, because Structube’s after-sales service is absolutely terrible. My review is for Structube as a company and not specifically for the Richmond Hill location. Structube's products are unique but the shopping experience is one of the worst. We ordered the Alma bedside table online — it was in stock but shipped from another province. We waited 2 weeks before it was ready for pickup. That was fine, but when it came time to assemble the product, we realized we were missing an entire pack of hardware! They forgot to give us 8 screws, but gave us 8 extra nuts instead.
