I had a very disappointing experience at Structube in Richmond Hill (Red Maple). The customer service was absolutely horrible. I was in the store for over 30 minutes, and not a single employee approached me or even acknowledged that I was there. Eventually, I went up to someone to ask for assistance, and I was simply told they were with another customer. They contacted me a day in advance to confirm timing, and I explained they could not deliver then—yet they proceeded anyway, despite acknowledging my input. Afterward, they requested another delivery payment. Once I paid the additional fee, they failed to deliver. What began as an urgent shipment stretched into a two-week delay.
I had a great experience with Bita at Structube. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. WORST Delivery Experience Ever Structube charges a flat $100 delivery fee but outsources delivery to a third-party company. Customers can only select the delivery date, not the delivery time. The delivery company, North American Logistics, provided a 4-hour delivery window only one day before delivery, with no flexibility. On the delivery day, they sent another notification stating the delivery would arrive within 5-30 minutes, but even that was not guaranteed.
