We placed an order for a sofa on July 28th and were informed it would arrive by the end of August or early September. When we followed up at the end of August, we were told there would be a two or three week delay, which we understood and accepted. The real issue began upon delivery. The sofa arrived damaged, so we immediately contacted customer service and provided pictures. An exchange was arranged within four days.
