Zeena, our salesperson was absolutely amazing! She was patient, gave us a lot of advice without being pushy. Was available every time we had questions or wanted to modify our order and provided an excellent service throughout and to the end! I don’t know much about the customer service at this place in general but our salesperson was exceptionally helpful!
Just bought a KINSEY beige ottoman and it was missing legs inside. Called and spoke to a woman who was incredibly rude. Irritable, disgruntled, argumentative, you name it. Not sure when the legs will show up to my house or if she is going to process it.
We bought a sofa and two armchairs. Ms. Mozhgan was our salesperson. She was very kind and guided us really well. Her advice was very thoughtful and sincere. When we weren’t satisfied with the first armchair because it didn’t match our set, we were able to return it easily. She kindly took the time to help us again. Thank you so much Mozhgan. I had a good experience with you
