I would like to write a review for the manager of the Structube store, Mr. Kourosh. I am extremely satisfied with the service he provided. He dedicated a lot of time to us with respect, attention, and kindness, and he was especially considerate towards my daughter. Mojgan is patient and sweet! She went out of her way to show my wife every options and style. Excellent shopping experience. No one knows how to offer good customer service anymore; except Mojgan! Ask for her!
Go to another location. Absolutely shocking experience. We arrived 20 minutes before closing, and a man was standing just inside the door with his back to us. The door was locked, so we knocked — and instead of acknowledging us, he turned around and snapped his hand up in our faces through the glass, basically telling us to go away. We were stunned. This is a review more of Structube than this particular store, but the quality of the furniture is not good. I bought a bedside table and it has not been pretty. I have no issues assembling Ikea furniture but this took several hours. Much of the instalation instructions are not clear, and parts like the drawer slides are not labelled well. It also takes extra effort at times to get the screws to fit where they are intended to. Most concerning however is that the fasteners are VERY low quality. I had one break in the wood.
