Ordered 2 Eiffel chairs for pick up while i was staying in Kelowna, then my situation changed and It took me awhile to be able to go pick up the chairs once they were ready (maybe 2 or 3 weeks) Once I had received them I didn't open them until a couple weeks after that only to find that they had only given me one chair when I had paid for two. The delivery of our couch from Structube has been a difficult experience. Despite the promise of a speedy delivery when we made the purchase we have been waiting almost a month now. We received notice that the couch had arrived in Structubes delivery company’s warehouse (Delgate) on Aug 8 we are still waiting for delivery. Three times now the promised delivery time was missed and it’s almost impossible to get hold of anyone at Delgate. I think we are going to cancel this purchase, will never buy from Structube again
Bought a sofa in-store and was never told someone had to be home for delivery or that a missed delivery would cost $69 to reschedule. This key info wasn’t shared by the salesperson or in any delivery communication. I was only told after the fact and blamed for not checking the website-but I bought it in store. Completely unacceptable and misleading. Hidden fees and poor customer service.
Found a couple of pieces in store that I was interested in but they were not in stock. Staff in the store did not seem keen to help me order the items and told me to check back later. So I ordered online later on my own. Exceedingly long wait time for delivery. It's been 4 months, that's a quarter of a year.
