Friendly sales staff, reasonably priced furniture, absolutely terrible delivery service, ended up renting a truck and picking up the furniture myself. Follow up from manager appreciated.
My parents bought a side table from here for $100. The table didn't fit together properly and it broke immediately. Cheapest quality of furniture you can get. Absolutely horrible. Will never buy from here again.
The shopping and purchase experience was quite good. However, arranging delivery was very frustrating and inflexible. Also, a bed we purchased had a missing hinge part. The store would not allow us to use a hinge from in store, but rather ordered a whole new bed to get another hinge. We have a rental that has an unassembled bed until that happens. Very frustrating and unwilling to make a simple accommodation to fix an issue. Also tough to get any refund for cancelling the delivery service. We had to eat part of the cost. I w... read more
Never knew this place existed until we were told about it. Great selection of modern furniture that's well built at a reasonable price. We purchased a new kitchen table and the staff was great to deal with. Will definitely recommend.
Bummer that their furniture looks nice but if there are any flaws they won't make it right. It wasn't even about buying a reasonable couch, I just wanted a green velvet one and no one else carries them - but the one I got had some stitching flaws, and now holes, and they did nothing to fix the issue. If calling the store and going through warranty worked I wouldn't be posting. But what are you gunna do if they say no? You're not likely going to drag your couch back to return it, so buyer beware.
