I visited the store in Laval to purchase a living room table over a month ago, with the expected delivery date being Dec 21. However, I did not receive anything and when I tried calling, no one answered the phone. When I went to the store, I found a young girl playing with her phone who was not helpful at all. She responded to me with an attitude, mentioning that the delivery date was not specified in my residence. She called the sales lady who assisted me initially and she did remember me. I went to pick up my order, I found the store closed . The opening hours are not inclded in the order confirmation and Google shows the branch is open! I belive it's faire to have my order delivered for free!

Merci à Christian! Bon service. Juste y’avait une dame qui nous fixait avec les cheveux gras et des AirPods qui travaillait là. Je ne savais pas que l’on avait le droit aux AirPods au travail!
