I bought a bed frame from this location and the legs that were attached to the slats gave out in the middle of my sleep! Once I contacted them to get another pair of slats, they told me there was nothing they can do for me. So now I’m stuck sleeping with my mattress on the floor thanks a lot! I will never give them my business again.
My experience with Structube has been extremely disappointing. I ordered two Boyd chairs back in November, with a promised delivery in December. However, they arrived in January instead. Upon attempting to assemble them, I discovered that the holes wouldn't align properly, and one of the legs was damaged.
