Horrible quality and worse customer service. I bought a dining table online that after only 3 months of use started peeling because the laminated is so bad quality it peals as paper. I asked for a refund or change it for other table and they just refused. It’s really disappointing a table I bought only few months looks like this.

Unprofessional and very rude people. Especially the guy with the grey hair and the glasses, and the lady with reddish hair and the glasses today. Not willing to help or ask if you need assistance. Terrible customer service.
I am very happy with Anne-Marie’s customer service. I just bought a sofa-bed from Structube, Saint Catherine branch. she helped me with choosing the right couch. Even after placing the order, I changed my mind on the color and came back to the store to see if they would modify my order. She was super nice and patient although it was a busy day at the store. I have not yet received my order but I wanted to put a review for Anne-Marie’s professional customer service.
