Great experience from start to end ! Went to the store and bought table, chairs and cushion. The person who served me was professionnal, efficient and obviously experienced. Delivery was quick and even if they forgot a cushion, they called me right away and fixed that quickly. Nice lightning experience when you are overwhelmed in a moving process :)
Experience at the store was terrible. We found a couch that we like but decided to get it from another store since the rep was so rude. He scolded us when we tried to open the couch (since it was a sofa couch). We were trying to adjust the headrest and saw us a struggle for a while. Then, in a very condescending tone, he said that we were doing it wrong. He kept following us around with a rude look so we left since we didn't want to deal with him. Je me suis déplacée sur place afin de voir de visu la qualité des meubles. Or, j'étais fort étonnée de constater que le placage de certains meubles se décollent. Par conséquent, il est préférable de choisir du bois massif et non du bois plaqué ou MDF. Car ces derniers sont plus sensibles et peuvent se déformer et/ou se décoller avec le temps. Les meubles sont joils en apparence et le prix pratiqué est correct mais la qualité de certains articles est décevante.
Bought some dining chairs in January, was supposed to be delivered in March and now is almost mid April and still haven’t received them and not sure when they’ll be delivered!!! Nobody is responsible and giving a solid answer. Very disappointed and not satisfied with the quality, store and customer care!
