I came in to look around and shop for furniture for my new apartment. Unfortunately, no one came to greet me or offer any information when I walked in. I eventually approached a man with glasses and gray hair. He was welcoming at first, but after I asked whether the chair had any discount, his attitude completely changed. J'ai rien acheté là au final mais j'était vraiment contente que une des employées m'avait avertie de la taille de la boite d'un meuble que je considérerais sérieusement d'acheter. Merci pour ton honneneté, sinon j'aurais été coincé avec un meuble qui aurait pas pu rentrer chez moi :)
be very careful what you buy at this store. Some things can be fine how ever there are some that will not last more than a few months. The company also does not care to loose clients or have bad reviews per the customer service agent that assisted me. For couch cushions to be completely destroyed with normal use in 3 months is impossible to be normal wear and tear. Horrible quality and worse customer service. I bought a dining table online that after only 3 months of use started peeling because the laminated is so bad quality it peals as paper. I asked for a refund or change it for other table and they just refused. It’s really disappointing a table I bought only few months looks like this.
