Absolutely awful experience — avoid StrucSure at all costs. StrucSure Home Warranty has been one of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever dealt with. First off, they NEVER answer their phones. I’ve called multiple times during business hours and left voicemails with no response. Trying to get in touch with a real person is next to impossible. If you ever need actual help with your warranty, good luck — because customer service is basically nonexistent. To make matters worse, they sent me an email denying my warranty claim... read more

I have been buying home warranty from Strucsure home warranty for many years. I really been surprise how they do wontherful jobs. I really recomend anybody that are interesting in buy home warranty to from Strucsure home waranty.
