This company is a scam!! They will not fix anything unless the roof falls on anyone’s head. My builder’s rep told me to not waste $300 non-refundable fee for them to send an engineer. An engineer came today and wasted my time and after taking many pics he said that everything is minor. This guy never gave me his card and told me his name after I asked for it.
