Moved into our first home. Only 4 years old, we’re the second owners. Soon after, found a faulty footer along with major foundation cracking. Paid $300 to file a claim.. w we’re basically told it’s not deemed uninhabitable aka it’s not “unsafe enough” oh and btw now that you’re aware of the issue, you’re responsible for the financial cost of repairs and you can’t file a claim again once it gets worse. This company is a scam!! They will not fix anything unless the roof falls on anyone’s head. My builder’s rep told me to not waste $300 non-refundable fee for them to send an engineer. An engineer came today and wasted my time and after taking many pics he said that everything is minor. This guy never gave me his card and told me his name after I asked for it.
