I called for some bolts, they said would call back. Never did. When I called again to check, it went to voicemail.
James came through for us in a big way to get a part out to us in Montana as quickly as possible!!! We can't thank him enough for such great support and customer service!!! Truly a Legend!
Great customer service and great used parts. Have bought many parts for my boat from Strouds marine. This time I needed a trim pump for a motor, was able to pick it up same day and get it installed on my boat before Easter Weekend. I would give 10 stars if I could.
