Great place to get in your steps & do some strength training. The personal trainers are terrific. I’ve tried some of the classes but I’m more of a workout alone type, although I do plan to try the exercise classes in the pools.
Our son recently completed private adaptive swim lessons with Vinny C. Vinny is very patient. He kept it fun while helping our son improve strength and technique. We'll be back in the Spring!
Some hard maneuvering during the fix up but overall worth the wait. Only real probable are the treadmills on the 2nd floor. Some of the television shows are missing, i.e. business report.
