Rick and Jo have always been fantastic, from giving us ideas on where to go to helping us when unforeseen issues arise while on vacation. The level of service is fantastic.
Rick and Jo were very helpful and responsive from start to finish. Rick was able to help us narrow down our destination and was very knowledgeable of the areas we were interested in. There was no pressure whatsoever to take a more expensive option - he had our best interests in mind. At the resort, we were having trouble confirming our excursion reservation and Jo was kind enough to do that for us and did so quickly. We look forward to planning next year's vacation with them soon!
