Love this program! This morning I am down 25 pounds!! It took a while but it was not hard at all because I didn’t do anything crazy. I have eaten all my own food-things I love and I didn’t have to go Crazy with exercise. The best part is that now as I get closer to my goal, I’m not dreaming about eating everything in sight because nothing has been off limits for me. The negative reviews are all people who want have their hands held for the entire process. If you follow StrongerU guidance youre set up for long term success. Coaches are available when you need them- they aren’t going to track you down- Show up. Do the work. Get the results you earn.

Owner Mike just doesn’t want to hear any criticism and cherry pick his clients that will give good reviews. Once you voice out to him any concern, he will give you a refund and not accept you. You better be like a little puppy just following whatever the coach says. They seem positive but once he gets your money, you’re either stuck or you get kick out.

Mike Dohela is ridiculous. I signed up wanting to a do bikini competition, 1- i never received a coach that specialized in competitions and 2 when my coach asked there were no coaches "available" I specifically asked Mike if i would get someone that specialize in that area and he said yes!!! Another thing, 2 weeks after i signed i up my husband wanted a divorce, i asked to get my money back because at that time i could not afford to spend $400!!! i didn't even use the program, and he refused to refund me, he asked to pause ... read more

I must second SG and Beth's reviews. The owner is extremely defensive and simply does not want to hear criticism, though I was just stating my concerns and was hoping for a friendly resolution (I did not ask for my money back or anything, I was hoping for a different coach). I learned more about nutrition and how to eat in 6 months than I did in over 20 years of fitness. No meal plan because you need to learn real world situations, choices, and lifetime application. Hand holding is available if you need it but you have to let your coach know what you need, they are there for you but you need to tell them what you need because the program is tailored to you.

You will pay almost 400 bucks for what you can get online for free. There is no coaching. A "coach" sent me macros and you don't hear from him/her again until you check in. My carbs were lowered each week and that's it. The owner is very defensive if you state your concerns. There is no nutrition teaching, no sample meals or meal plans, no workouts, no apps. You use myfitnesspal app to do all the work for yourself. Don't waste your money. Go to IIFYM for free.
