Probably some of the most appalling conduct in front of patients and customers that I've wittnessd in quite a while. Took my mother in for a post surgical followup for an eye exam. The woman working the desk was performing a job interview while working at the desk. After the applicant left she proceeded to loudly badmouth her in front of the waiting area to a secretary.
