I am writing to formally express my concern and dissatisfaction with the care my mother received at the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital Emergency Department. She presented to the emergency room with a severe nosebleed that had persisted for over an hour. I gotta say staff AMAZING however what is truly concerning is the lack of security. Not one security check in the building and we walked all the way to my friends mom's room without challenge or checks. Now some might say, good, quick but in a real world, I didn't see one security guard and who knows who wonders the hospital that shouldn't be there?
