I really appreciate how my husband has been cared for by the cancer team at Strong Memorial Hospital. I’m very impressed with how quickly a treatment plan was put together and started. Everyone involved seems to truly work together to provide the best care possible, and that means a lot to our family during this time. The only thing that stood out to me was the cafeteria area. They had me waiting in the wait room with a broken ankle for hours and all the nurses seem to have a problem helping the patients
If you are very sick or dying this and Rochester general are the place to come to. When I was having heart problems they took immediate care with me made me feel comfortable and resolved my issues In the cardiology unit. Strong memorial is a heavy duty hospital that provides top care for those who are having serious medical emergencies. I love the people that work here.
Stephanie Johnson is an angry human with no moral compass no passion for being a nurse and they were obviously so busy that they just had to kick me out when I should’ve been admitted for days in their nephrology department. My mother fell down a flight of stairs, landing on her head, face and back. AMR arrived and made her slowly walk out of the house to the gurney. The level of incompetence was alarming. They didn’t apply a c-collar, nor did they control the bleeding from her head. When I arrived at the ER, I found her in the hallway on a bed (wearing a c-collar) and no bandage applied to her head.
