This Place deserves 0 Stars When being Transported by Geneva General The Literal Place where you go to die. This place would have a gynecologist instead of a NP that would put me on higher doses of meds to bleed out more during my period cycles. I wouldn’t have stage 4 Cancer and still have my uterus. Thank you so much for your brilliant work

I give it two stars because the nurses are incredible. In fact, they should get a raise. The doctors are generally really good with the exception of Dr. Nicholas Nacca. He has proven his unethical practices during a conversation with my wife. He manipulated information out of her knowing that she wasn't fully coherent. I know this because she complained about it while feeling in fear because he coerced her to give a specific response. When I called him out on it, he back peddled and argued with me. I had the unfortunate opportunity to visit the ED to bring my adult daughter in for treatment of a fracture today. I was appalled by the condition of the lobby, small waiting room, and checkout process. There was no rhyme or reason to the process, and the room and halls were ridiculously crowded. I couldn’t wait for her in the waiting room as it was over capacity and anyone who wasn’t a patient was told to leave. Why is there not a dedicated checkout area? My fiancée's father was admitted today, when she calls the hospital, the woman "who just answers phone" in the ER said she was not " on the list" and had no understanding of what a Power of Attorney and Health Care Proxy, of which my fiancé is, is. Her brother is not either, but sister is on list, though all share agency. She refused to provide any means of supplying documents and refused to provide any status. I do appreciate Strong Hospital for taking care of my Finace back in June? Ron was very sick with pneumonia on top of his COPD and lung cancer. I can remember Ron was in Stong Hospital care for a week. Everyone that had hands on took very good care of Ron except for one rude nurse. We are not going to judge the whole hospital staff because of one bad egg.
