Had my last monthly massage for 2025 with Jim today. It marks another year of my back being pain free. Very thankful that I decided to give Strongfit a try, and grateful to be pain free for the past 2 years!
Jim has helped me with an ongoing neck and arm issue. Strongly recommend
I’ve been here twice now and plan to keep coming back. I was in rough shape and per a friends recommendation was told this was the place for a great deep tissue massage. Jim, the owner, is great and the space is clean, services and prices straight forward, he even has some products such as soaking salts and such. I love how easy it is to book an appt and just the simple process of walking in and getting a great massage.
Do an excellent job. Finds trouble areas and works on them feels much better by the next day.
Jim is consistently incredible at what he does and always manages to leave me feeling way better than I did going in. He’s attentive in listening to what you need, and will always work out any trouble areas. I always recommend my friends and family to Jim and Strong Fit.
