At best, totally incompetent. At worse, I'd argue these guys absolutely cheated me and my grandmother. Charged me thousands of dollars to set up a trust because they "couldn't find me" What efforts did they take? Well, none so far as I can tell. Did they hire a private investigator? No. Did they do a public records search? Doesn't seem like it. Nope, went straight to billing thousands and thousands of dollars to the client instead of doing a $0 search online.
