I was given a Gift voucher for sauna and flora pool. The whole experience was easy and so relaxing. The staff were helpful and nothing was a problem Will definitely be back.
I tried the infrared sauna it was very relaxing & staff are very helpful
Customer service was great, they gave me a complimentary compression session due to a mix up in bookings.. However.. I did 45 mins in the "magnesium spa room" soon as i walked in i noticed a bad smell. The hot bath stunk, the water was murky. I tried the sauna in that room but the smell was rotten so I didn't go in. (Its taken me a few washes of my swimmers to get the smell and brown water out of them) I then did the 45 min infrared sauna which was alright besides that same foul smell which they definitely tried covering up ... read more
I had an awesome gym tour with Dwayne today! He was super friendly, welcoming, and really knew his stuff. He explained all the equipment clearly, showed me around the different areas, and made me feel really comfortable. You can tell he’s passionate about fitness and helping people reach their goals. Definitely made a great first impression
