I have had a bad experience there. The sauna was not On. The spa was full of dirty foam. The tap in the toilet was broken. I asked for a refund or to be able to change for something else (as I purchased 3 groupon vouchers in total) but they only offered to come for a free session. However I had no desire to come back at all! So I lost my vouchers and nothing was offered!
Phenomenal service and facilities!
Infrared Sauna is great, have tried to contact numerous times to arrange a package for my partner and myself to no avail. Have spoken with the manager twice over the last 10 days and she stated she will check availability and get back to me. Very disappointing as this is a voucher I received.
