Strive is the best place to come and get stronger. The first time I came it was a lil challenging because I was coming back from a slight injury I had in my quad/knee. In which I have jumper knee. But the consistency and coming twice a week especially after practice really shows the commitment, discipline, love I have to get stronger for my sport really shows so much. As a D1 athlete it’s important to take care of my body. At strive Dr.Travis and his staff are very hands on and know exactly what they’re doing. If your are an athlete in the Eastern Shore area I highly recommend!
