Exceptional staff. My main therapist was Marianne and I had an excellent experience rehabilitating my shoulder after surgery. Marianne knew exactly how to manipulate my shoulder to regain flexibility and start building strength again. She was also a great teacher making me better able to monitor my own progress and answering all questions with relevant information and suggestions. Great culture in this office including the front desk and assistants like Jake.
Strive PT in Northfield is a unicorn— a special, magical creature we no longer believe exists: a place where the front desk is friendly and helpful, where the therapists are not only amiable ( gentle, friendly welcoming, easy) but excellent at what they do— and kind to boot. not impersonal, gruff, too stressed to connect— and I for one had given up on health care for ever being that way again.
