This was our first time applying for a mortgage and due to our fairly complex circumstances we spent a good deal of time researching various brokers we felt would offer us the greatest chance of success. Jamie and Strive were fantastic. I came to them after a previous broker encountered a small technical problem with my application and immediately gave up on it. Jamie was the polar opposite - attentive, diligent, fast. He resolved the issue and my mortgage application was approved. Couldn't recommend Jamie and Strive more. Brilliant service.

Jamie was the only mortgage broker able to help us. We didn't realise our situation would be so difficult to secure a loan - double income, one from international clients and one as the director of a company - but it threw lenders through a loop whose cookie-cutter approach to lending left us out in the cold. Jamie cut through the noise, showed us what we needed to provide, and showcased our case to potential lenders. We closed with a high street bank a few weeks ago. We recommend him highly!
Jamie was incredibly professional and efficient in making the buying process as smooth as possible. Cannot recommend him enough! 10/10
