I went in there thinking I knew what I wanted, but when I arrived I realized there are better ways to lose weight and keep if off. Ryan took the time to sit down with me and go over a comprehensive health plan. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to lose weight, or live a healthier lifestyle .

The STRIVE 815 coaching program is great. If you struggle with choosing the right food they can help. Coaches will balance out your menu and you eat real food! I am very happy working with Beth at STRIVE 815. I receive a new meal plan in less the 24 hrs and she is quick to answer any questions I have! I especially love the grocery list! I started going to strive 4 weeks ago and it was ACTUALLY life changing. Beth Sanders showed me what I needed to work on, what to eat, and when to eat. I've been seeing results thanks to Beth and the workers at Strive. I can't thank them enough. I recommend anybody that wants to improve their health and body appearance.
