My mother hired this man to look after her estate. When she became ill he allowed a 3rd party to take over her finances, and had she not died when she did, he would have allowed this woman to be the sole benificiary of her will. During the time I was trying to figure things out, he avoided calls and was rude and dismissive when we did speak.
