Having purchased 2 violins through Strings N Things in the past 12 months my wife and I are 100% satisfied with the quality of workmanship and integrity of service. Jim and Judy are knowledgeable and professional. We also appreciate the selection of music books available and the time they take to help us choose what we need. These folks are always there for the needs of their clientele.
Jim and Judy at Strings and Things are tremendous. They have provided high quality instruments for my child over the past 6 years as he progressed in violin from a beginner to an advanced student. Jim provides high quality workmanship and personalized customer service. He has been able to meet our needs for rental violins and violas, string replacement, music books, and we purchased a beautiful violin and bow from Strings and Things that has served our son's need as he advanced to a precollege music program at CCM.
The customer service is fantastic they go way out of their way to make sure you've been treated well. Also the selection is great for your string instruments, they make sure the instrument fits you personally, we had a little trouble with a violin but they not only took care of the problem they made it alot better we'll never go any where else. Thanks to them our children want to play even more string instruments.
