My first review ever in my life and I'm in my 60s so that should tell you something. So for the past nearly 3 years I have had termite issues. Have purchased two extended warranties and now they have a new policy that they can only come out every 90 days if the termites are still in the same place. The office staff told me to wipe the termite strings every two weeks with a rag and if they're still there after 90 days to call them and then they will come out.
