I came into Strides looking to find a suitable trail runner mainly for hiking and some very casual trail running. Upon entering the store I was greeted by John and asked about my current favourite shoes as well as any problems with my feet. I have high arches that tend to collapse and have trouble finding a shoe that isn't too narrow or wide.
