This is by far the best show store I have visited in town. The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. I'm not a runner but definitely have a need for good quality footwear. Everytime I visit strides I get the same wonderful service. There is zero pressure and your never feel rushed. If they need to spend 20-30 min with you and pull a dozen pairs of shoes out of the back for you to try on to get the right fit they're always more than happy to do that. I came into Strides looking to find a suitable trail runner mainly for hiking and some very casual trail running. Upon entering the store I was greeted by John and asked about my current favourite shoes as well as any problems with my feet. I have high arches that tend to collapse and have trouble finding a shoe that isn't too narrow or wide.
