My wife and I haven't bought new running shoes in years! We finally decided to get back into it and then covid-19 shut everything down! They were nice enough to let us set an appointment and we ended up buying three pairs of shoes and two pairs of insoles. It was so nice to run in new shoes today! Jamie was super helpful and super patient letting us try on shoe after shoe :-). Can't wait to put some miles on them!
Huge thank you to you guys! I wore my Hoka running shoes I just got yesterday from you guys and they are seriously amazing! I couldn’t tell they were new and felt truly like running on clouds in them! Thank you for your help and patience since I had my little crazy girls with me too!
I’ve been training for my first half marathon and it was killing me. My legs and feet were in so much pain during and after every run. I was about to quit. I thought my body wasn’t built to run. Then I decided to try new shoes. I came in and Jamie helped me find the right shoes, inserts, socks. She asked about the pain i had been experiencing, looked at my feet and my gait. So now I’ve been running again the past week in my new gear and the pain is gone! The right shoes made every difference. Thank you!!

I have slowly been improving my fitness goals. My feet hurt and it would discourage running and aerobic exercise. I visited Striders, they did an analysis of my stride, shot video of my pace and fit me with a shoe. Now, my feet feel great, they took the issue out of the equation. Now I am working on improving other aspects. Great service! I love how they are so involved in the community as well. Viva la Striders.

Terrible after the sale service. Bought a defective shoe (the tongue was detached). Took it back to the store and they said they were out of stock and they would order it online. Two weeks later I get a shoe that is a completely different color. Called and was told that the manufacturer no longer made the color I purchased. Was actually told that the replacement should be "good enough". The owner and manager became extremely rude from that point on insisting that they do not provide refunds.
