Michelle is an excellent myotherapist - very thorough and takes the time to discuss your current injuries or limitations. She then advises on next steps to address things and ensures you are comfortable to continue with treatment - always checking in on how you’re coping with the level of pressure. Highly recommend!
Thoroughly personal and professional experience. I felt completely relaxed and ready to receive my treatment the moment I entered Michelle’s peaceful, candlelit vista. The infrared sauna was the perfect preparation to deep muscle relaxation during the massage. Michelle was really lovely and professional. Very knowledgeable and great at talking through what she was doing and why. She also gave me lots of tips about how to reduce tension and manage pain after the treatment. Would 100% recommend!
