Very disappointing experience. They refused to provide our records without charging a $75 fee, while many other clinics don’t charge anything for this. The front desk staff, in particular, were extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. Their customer service is lacking and they don’t know how to speak to clients respectfully. Definitely would not recommend — stay away.

I got a major knee injury playing volleyball, and was referred to Stride for almost 3 months. It was excellent, I was given good treatment with great advice on how to recover. The staff has a very friendly, no nonsense approach. I highly recommend

Extremely disappointing experience at Stride Physiotherapy. I’ve visited Stride three times, and each time there were issues with direct billing. During my first visit, I was told they offer direct billing to insurance. I provided my Manulife information, but was told it wasn’t going through, so I paid out of pocket and submitted the claim myself. No problem.
