Extremely disappointing experience at Stride Physiotherapy. I’ve visited Stride three times, and each time there were issues with direct billing. During my first visit, I was told they offer direct billing to insurance. I provided my Manulife information, but was told it wasn’t going through, so I paid out of pocket and submitted the claim myself. No problem. I just cannot give less than 5 stars to Stride. The therapist is fantastic, she is knowledgeable and honest with her patients. 5 stars

Worked on leg injury and was very impressed by all the staff. Never had to wait for appointment and was very happy with the services that were offered. Great job
