I had an injury to my left leg during my trips to the gym. It got so bad that l was unable to walk without crutches. I called Stride Physio and asked if they could fit me in early because l couldn’t walk and l was leaving on a trip in 2 weeks. They fit me in. Morgan Brewster was my physiotherapist. She reviewed my 2 ultrasounds but everything seemed good. After her evaluation, she determined which muscle it was that l hurt and what grade it was. I did pelvic floor therepy while pregnant with Devan and it helped so much with my pelvic pain. She did an amazing job amd was extremely professional. If I need any physiotherapy in the future, it will be at Stride
