I’ve taken my son, a footballer, to Stride Physiotherapy multiple times for treatment. The team at Stride, and especially Walter, are consistently professional, caring, and attentive. We’ve seen great results from the treatment provided, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone seeking quality physiotherapy care.
Lovely, friendly environment, very thorough and knowledgeable in managing my injuries.Declan provided me with exercises to really improve my pain and to correct and prevent more injuries. Probably the best physio experience that I have had in all my years and plenty of injuries.
So, this is what physiotherapy is about awesome. First Walter is super patient. He explores options. Listens to me. And even more importantly, gets me to listen to him. Am I cured of all pain. No. But I am learning to respect the journey I am on.
Zexin has worked wonders on my Achilles tendonosis allowing me to get out with my camera and enjoy my hobby of bird photography. Even able to walk barefoot on the beach which I couldn't do a few months ago. Thanks so much Zexin.
