Stride is hands down the best physio clinic around! I worked with Priksa, Steve and Michelle for my acl rehab before and after surgery. I really appreciate how your welcomed by all the friendly staff members, and its very assuring to know that your working 1 on 1 with a therapist for the duration of your entire appointment. Id highly recommend this clinic !
I had a great experience at Stride Physio and Wellness both as a volunteer and a client. They provide exceptional service and truly cater to each person’s needs. Every time I walked out of the clinic, I felt like a whole new person. All of the staff are amazing, but I would especially recommend Priska, who helped me throughout my physiotherapy treatment. Priska and the whole team are incredible. For my nerve issue, their pain reduction methods granted immediate relief. They worked closely with me to find exercises that would help me find relief on my own as well. I never thought I would be able to find relief to this degree. I have been trying to do strength training on my own, but their team showed me proper form. As a client and a volunteer, I can say that Priska and the rest of the team are amazing! They provide incredible service and everything is hands on and related to prioritizing patient care and needs. I would definitely recommend Stride Physio & Wellness to anyone who is dealing with physical pain, mobility issues, or in need of a fascial stretch!
My wife is a Stride client and I was very impressed hearing about her satisfaction with the treatments so I thought I would give it a try. Been there a month and I've had an appointment with almost all of her staff and I've been very impressed. I'm winding down an ankle injury but have a newly acquired dislocated shoulder (now relocated) and I look forward to seeing how quickly they can assess and equip me with the work I need to do to recover as soon as possible.
