I was in a car accident last year and could not get rid of shoulder/ neck pain. I finally decided to try physical therapy and am almost completely pain free after going to Stride! Nicki took her time assessing and diagnosing the problem and gave me stretches that helped me solve the pain at home. In addition, she teaches along the way, explaining muscular movement and how each muscle interacts during specific motions. I had a great experience with stride. I got whiplash and was diagnosed having foraminal stenosis in my neck after a car accident. Nikki helped me a lot to get back where I needed to be and do the proper exercises to help and ease the pain. I would recommend her and stride to anyone looking for physical therapy!
