Dave Carson went above and beyond to make sure that the home-buying process was as painless as possible. He and I exchanged phone calls near daily checking mortgage rates, steps in the process, and where we were in the mortgage process. I cannot recommend another mortgage lender to anyone besides Dave, and I even go so far as to say that those who do not interact with Dave are missing out.
