From not being able to keep my balance to walking with little support and now trying my walker on my own it was an amazing feeling, Oscar and the team are great, Oscar is always happy and encouraging with really useful exercises, I would highly recommend them, I needed a gentle approach with gradual increases in stretches as I get spasms with my condition. Always feel safe and encouraged after his positive visits, he always listens and we concentrate on any issues I have. Best physio ever, so pleased I’m under his care😊
