Terrible customer service. Just want to get you off the phone, don't care about the concern at all.
Do NOT use this fraud of a place they call a bank!! Their customer service is COMPLETELY USELESS in finding your money if there is an issue with direct deposit. The ignorant person hung up on me when I asked for a number to call of someone who could help.
