This place took my direct deposit from chime from my job and will not give me my money they're trying to tell me I have to wait 2 pay cycles just to get my money I'm on the verge of losing my car and being homeless because they won't give me my check this is ridiculous this should be a law this is fraud they should not be able to keep my employer's check like this now I'm on the verge of losing everything because this bank will not give me my money.
Review on another account is shadow banned/and or deleted somehow even though it doesn't violate any rules for reviews so take that as an advisory on how awful this company is. I'm going to post it on every email I have if it get's deleted or shadow banned so the public can know the truth. I gave one star because I had too! Chime isn't a bank! They hold your deposits! My job app posted my check and chime still hasn't given it to me😳 they advertise you get your pay two days early LIES😳😳 And you can never talk to an American!! It's always somebody over seas🤔 DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL!!
I have requested bank statements 7 times and they have never delivered very poor customer service
