I have several accounts at Stride and have always had the best experience. Great customer service, knowledgeable, responsive. All around a 5-star bank!
I'm getting rid of my Chime account because they have screwed me for the LAST TIME!!! MyPay and Overdraft comes out of my VA disability every month as soon as my direct deposit hits, but this month, they decided to take from ANY PAYSOURCE and at ANYTIME Telling me how sorry they are and for the REST of the month and now on, we can take it out on the 30th. How does that help me NOW? It doesn't. Just when I think we are good, we are not. Every year around Christmas, I go through some BS. So they can't return my money but let m... read more
