Just a typical bank screwing its customers. I requested a $2500 loan for son to establish credit. I was co-signing. The loan got denied because he hasn’t been at his job for 2 years. It didn’t matter he makes $2700 a month and has $1599 in savings and I make a guaranteed $7400 a month with $30,000 in savings. This is a no risk for the bank, in fact it’s a reward for them in interest. So why were we denied? No different than any other lenders, just another bank. I would recommend going with one of the major lenders or a credit union for a more professional and streamlined service. Not surprised by the poor reviews
I’m not impressed with the bank tellers. Especially my most recent visit earlier this week. They’ve changed so so many bank tellers over the years and they each time they get new tellers, they just get worse! I wasn’t even greeted, they seem annoyed to be helping me! Overall, terrible service.
