Strictly E-Bikes was amazing! They were extremely helpful and even helped me with a quick fix for free. I really appreciate how kind and willing they were to help me out when I needed it. I definitely recommend supporting them whether you’re looking to rent, buy, or just need help with your e-bike. Great service and great people — definitely check them out!
I came to the sticky for bikes today , I was so happy to get air pump I needed I saw a worker who I know from a past sale of a bike I was greeted by a new employee. Great service .
Though the e-bike I purchased is a solid, well-built, top-of-line product, this review really focuses on the true professionalism and expertise of the Strictly E-Bikes staff. The team, led by Emir, is such a joy to work with. They listened to my needs and provided multiple options. It is a great crew over there, wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. If you are in the market for an e-bike…please go see Emir at Strictly E -Bikes in Old Town Alexandria!
Excellent customer service, convenient method of payment and they dont take long to fix minor problems on ebikes 👌🏻 would recommend. Took my bike for a brake problem and they had it ready the same day
