All I needed was a firmware update they wanted me to leave the bike there and they would contact me when ready in the next few days. It takes 15 minutes to do the update and it's not like it needed physical service.... Disappointed
Genuine and Seriously Concerned, Caring E-bike Service CENTER!!
I had a great experience buying my Aventon Cargo bike at Strictly e-bikes. From helping with a rest ride through to ordering and building my bike - the staff were responsive and very helpful. They helped me with accessories and made sure I understood how the bike works before I headed out. They even made sure that I got any online discounts or offers on the bike. If you are considering buying an e-bike do consider paying them a visit.
Straightforward, transparent pricing. Same day service. Would recommend to others looking to service their Ebikes.
Update: Asif, the owner of Strictly E-bikes, contacted me and explained the issue and lack of communication. He also refunded me the service fee. I really appreciated the follow up and willingness to make good. (Original review below edited to remove snark; the facts are unchanged.) --- No one could tell me what they actually did to fix the problem (bike would not shift into first gear). “They adjusted it.” No one at the store could say specifically.
