My first visit for rear tire repair at the newly discovered Strictly E-bikes establishment was great! A busy place with fast service.
Great communication and speedy service. Would recommend to anyone needing to purchase or maintenance an e-bike in the area!
By far the best customer service experience I've had in this town. The team is well knowledgeable and happy to answer questions (and I have plenty lol). They were patient and assisted in equipping my bike with all the accessories I needed. They offer a great maintenance package to take the pressure off the inevitable. I took my bicycle wheel for repair at this place. After repair wheel was oval shape, Call and ask why? They say that's all we can do even I cannot use the wheel.
