This place is strictly e-bikes, yet they act like a regular bike shop. They can order the bike for you and put it together for you, but that’s it. They know nothing of the software that comes with these e-bikes, the apps, or how to troubleshoot. They are useless in that regard, nor do they even want to try. They wear useless.
We visited for a scheduled e-bike test drive that my friend had booked in advance, and the time had already been confirmed. I understand we arrived about 20 minutes before closing, but we still expected a basic level of professionalism. It seemed like the employee we spoke with wasn’t aware of the message from other staff about our appointment. He said, "You cannot test drive, I DO NOT care whether you buy the bike or not", and just walked away—even though the store wasn’t even closed yet and other customers were still there... read more
