Strictly Ebikes went above and beyond with my warranty repairs. Even after the manufacturer diagnosed repair was done, my ebike still wasn't perfect. Strictly Ebikes kept working with the manufacturer on my behalf eventually resulting in a completely new bike. I didn't have to do anything.

Strictly EBikes were able to diagnose & confirm the battery was not operational. They went further than requested to test the display & motor controller which leads to believe the battery may have short circuited due to loose connection.
