I purchased 3 different types of supposed KN95 masks online and when they arrived they appeared counterfeit (incorrect or no markings etc). I phoned to ask if they'd been tested in a lab and was told they had been independently tested in NZ, however upon requesting the lab report, I was sent one for a mask tested overseas that I didn't buy and when I asked for further clarification, was told they would not refund me or reply to me any further.
