I am shock at the lack of professionalism. Despite them contacting me initially, they have refused to engage in 2-way communication by responding to my questions with the same automated message. During an incredibly stressful litigation that could negatively change the rest of my life, they can't even have a human read an email.

Despite Stretto receiving tens of millions of dollars to coordinate the distribution of creditor funds after the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Celsius, creditors are receiving canned responses to their trouble tickets and zero practical assistance. This situation has persisted since early February 2024 and is ongoing. There are also reports of USD settlement checks from Stretto bouncing. This company, in my experience, is non-responsive and incompetent.

Terrible company that doesn’t actually respond, and merely copies and pastes a pre made message telling you to check faq. Really abysmal

Receiving no answers or getting canned responses not related to my request. Stretto 'claimed' to attempt to pay me $10,500 in Bitcoin, instead they pocketed the money and now refuse to answer any requests for months. They don't 'respond' to creditors like they claim, just get a canned response that isn't even slightly related to what I asked
