I've been coming here for several years, and absolutely love the change in my body after my visits. Now, I'm recovering from an injury and find the visits super helpful stretching out tight muscles from using crutches and from the injury itself. I firmly believe my range of motion has improved thanks to Paula. Kudo's to this business for having very qualified, friendly, approachable people -- calling out Kwesi and Paula -- who really make a difference!
You deserve the treat of getting stretched out by a professional. I love getting massages but I love assisted stretching even more. I didn't even know this was a thing but so glad I've discovered it!! The experts at StretchSPOT are awesome! I always feel amazing after a treatment. The facility is bright and sparkling clean. Highly recommend!

I have recommended the Stretch Spot to all my friends. Zoe, who is the owner, is lovely and all the associates that work there are wonderful. Clean and inviting. I have been going to Stretch Spot since they have opened… I am a hairdresser and if it was not for Stretch Spot, I would not be able to work the hours that I work!
