The best stretch I’ve gotten! Emily did a fantastic job. I’m a runner and surfer and constantly have trouble with lower back pain and sore legs. She did such a good job with asking me wear I was having any soreness, tightness, and or pain whilst consistently asking if I felt the stretches in the right places. I loved it. Will absolutely book with Emily again and ditching my sports massages!

You deserve the treat of getting stretched out by a professional. I love getting massages but I love assisted stretching even more. I didn't even know this was a thing but so glad I've discovered it!! The experts at StretchSPOT are awesome! I always feel amazing after a treatment. The facility is bright and sparkling clean. Highly recommend!
I have been going to the Stretch Spot in Hermosa for about a year now. I am always pleased with how I feel after my appointment. I had Paula this time. She was great! I have recommended the Stretch Spot to all my friends. Zoe, who is the owner, is lovely and all the associates that work there are wonderful. Clean and inviting. I have been going to Stretch Spot since they have opened… I am a hairdresser and if it was not for Stretch Spot, I would not be able to work the hours that I work! I personally see Kwesi and Farid… they are both healers …Very educated I’m sorry in Come healing the body! The staff is incredible. The management is incredible and the bathrooms are very clean!!!
