The best stretch I’ve gotten! Emily did a fantastic job. I’m a runner and surfer and constantly have trouble with lower back pain and sore legs. She did such a good job with asking me wear I was having any soreness, tightness, and or pain whilst consistently asking if I felt the stretches in the right places. I loved it. Will absolutely book with Emily again and ditching my sports massages!
You deserve the treat of getting stretched out by a professional. I love getting massages but I love assisted stretching even more. I didn't even know this was a thing but so glad I've discovered it!! The experts at StretchSPOT are awesome! I always feel amazing after a treatment. The facility is bright and sparkling clean. Highly recommend!

I have recommended the Stretch Spot to all my friends. Zoe, who is the owner, is lovely and all the associates that work there are wonderful. Clean and inviting. Great experience overall. I prefer the techniques used by StrechSpot vs Stretch Lab. Stretch Spot helps break down knots as well as stretching the muscles.
