I highly recommend using StretchSPOT in Hermosa Beach. I’ve been coming here for years. Kwesi and Zoe make the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. The stretch therapists are really knowledgeable and take time to understand exactly what is going on with your body. The sessions are really excellent and really help improve flexibility. Booking appointments is easy with no hassle. Overall, a smooth and positive experience that I would definitely recommend.
They are the best! I go in twice a week for one part of my body and they fix it. Then they go to the next part of my body and soon I’ll be all fixed. They are miracle workers and they know what they’re doing. I highly recommend them for anyone over 35 who is so sore or just wants to feel good again.
I've been going to StretchSpot regularly for a while now and the results kind of speak for themselves. The knee and back pain that had been bugging me for years is basically gone.
