The best stretch I’ve gotten! Emily did a fantastic job. I’m a runner and surfer and constantly have trouble with lower back pain and sore legs. She did such a good job with asking me wear I was having any soreness, tightness, and or pain whilst consistently asking if I felt the stretches in the right places. I loved it. Will absolutely book with Emily again and ditching my sports massages!
Great experience overall. I prefer the techniques used by StrechSpot vs Stretch Lab. Stretch Spot helps break down knots as well as stretching the muscles.
