I highly recommend using StretchSPOT in Hermosa Beach. I had hip surgery complications that resulted in limited motion issues. 9+ months after the surgery I was still going to expensive physical therapist. This is a wonderful place to help the body keep moving! I come in and tell Nate where I am sore or stiff and he finds the spot. I walk out feeling more limber and able to move better. If I am at the gym and find an area that doesn’t move as well, I come here and they can help my body move with ease. Nate is great! As are all the staff.

I’ve been coming here for years. Kwesi and Zoe make the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. The stretch therapists are really knowledgeable and take time to understand exactly what is going on with your body. The sessions are really excellent and really help improve flexibility. Booking appointments is easy with no hassle. Overall, a smooth and positive experience that I would definitely recommend.
