Alexandra did a great job
Had an amazing session with Alex. She did a wonderful job & addressed my concerns of areas that were sore and tight. I left feeling fantastic. Highly recommend StretchPlex!
FEELING GOOD!!!
In March 2023 I started going to Stretch Plex as a way to help me recover from a hip replacement. I wasn't stretching on my own as I knew I should. Assisted stretching was appealing. I've been going weekly ever since. Along the way I added strength training to my weekly sessions & am all the better for it. Everyone I've worked with at Stretch Plex has been wonderful. I feel more motivated, more limber, and stronger. At 79, that's a win.!
Great and friendly staff from the time you enter the door until the time you leave the staff makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I’m glad I found Stretchplex and especially at this location
