I am a chiropractor, and I have found an enormous benefit in utilized stretch Plex. The stretch coach I use is Linnea and she is truly a gifted person. I would urge you to go to stretch plex in order to improve your flexibility and probably extend your life. If you’re lucky you’ll be able to see Linnea Rogers. as a chiropractor. I had a problem with my lower back, and even the adjusting that I had done wasn’t fully effective yet after being stretched by Miss Rogers, the pain had resolved itself.
Linnea is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and used personalized stretches tailored to my specific needs. She makes me feel comfortable and answers all my questions. Each session leaves me feeling rejuvenated and more flexible.
