I am so grateful to have found Sydney at StretchPlex in Hockessin DE. She is the first personal trainer I have ever had that truly listens to me. She knows how AND adapts workouts to my needs as we go. I have a number of health issues so this is really important to me. Yet, she still pushes me! She is the reason I use StretchPlex in Hockessin and continue to go back.

I signed up for an introductory 50-minute assisted stretch session at StretchPlex’s Hockessin location. Upon crossing the threshold, I was greeted with a smile and pleasant conversation. Mackenzie was my trainer. She was full of positive energy and made sure to explain to me what she was doing and why as she assisted me with my stretching. Given the immediate improvement in my flexibility, I signed up to return next week for another assisted stretching session. Give it a try!
Sydney is excellent and I always feel better walking out!
