I came to see Rose Porter on my lunch break to get stretched. I suffer from constant low/mid back pain and stiffness, and before I left work I’d caught a Charlie Horse in my neck. Rose was able to stretch/massage me EXACTLY how I needed her to without me having to tell her what to do. I went back to work feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of my day, and still had time to grab lunch. I’ll definitely be back!
The staff is all super friendly and eager to help you with what you need. The facility is very clean and has everything needed for a good stretch/workout. Overall a great atmosphere and would highly recommend.

I am so grateful to have found Sydney at StretchPlex in Hockessin DE. She is the first personal trainer I have ever had that truly listens to me. She knows how AND adapts workouts to my needs as we go. I have a number of health issues so this is really important to me. Yet, she still pushes me! She is the reason I use StretchPlex in Hockessin and continue to go back.
I came in feeling 60 and left the placing feeling like I’m 24. Sidney got them hands of magic 🫱🫲
