I signed up for an introductory 50-minute assisted stretch session at StretchPlex’s Hockessin location. Upon crossing the threshold, I was greeted with a smile and pleasant conversation. Mackenzie was my trainer. She was full of positive energy and made sure to explain to me what she was doing and why as she assisted me with my stretching. Given the immediate improvement in my flexibility, I signed up to return next week for another assisted stretching session. Give it a try!
Sydney is excellent and I always feel better walking out!
I've just had the most relaxing and relieving stretching session with Sidney at the Hockessin, DE location. Sidney listens to your needs and that drives her her program for that session! It’s awesome!!! Highly Recommend for those who might be experiencing pain or soreness from repetitive movement!
