Yesterday, I visited Stretchplex and had an exceptionally relaxing and relieving stretching session with Jordan at the Greenville, DE location. Jordan inquired about my needs, which significantly enhanced the session. It's truly impressive. I highly recommend it for individuals experiencing pain, soreness, or seeking to improve flexibility.
I am a Senior citizen and have used StretchPlex in Greenville for since they opened. I have more flexibility and energy because of their program. I do not feel my age.
My stretch was great with Ana Lopez! She was knowledgeable, asked me my needs, and took her time. I felt heard and comfortable. Afterward my body and mind were relaxed. Kudos Ana…I will be back

I came in for a stretch and some guidance around an elbow issue and I cannot tell you how informative and helpful my visit was. Ana and Matt provided so much knowledge around the mechanics of my body and what brings on issues like mine. The stretch itself is awesome; the feedback on where you are tight and how to combat it is invaluable. You can tell they are deeply knowledgeable but you can feel that they are deeply compassionate. I only wish I had gone sooner!!
