Passive stretching has been a great addition to my fitness routine, especially with arthritis. I feel much more limber immediately after a session and for several days afterwards. Yesterday, I visited Stretchplex and had an exceptionally relaxing and relieving stretching session with Jordan at the Greenville, DE location. Jordan inquired about my needs, which significantly enhanced the session. It's truly impressive. I highly recommend it for individuals experiencing pain, soreness, or seeking to improve flexibility.
I am a Senior citizen and have used StretchPlex in Greenville for since they opened. I have more flexibility and energy because of their program. I do not feel my age.
