Better late than never. It took me 76 years to discover StretchPlex. Now I get increased flexibility, strengthening of my muscles, pain relief and entertainment all in a single visit. And each return visit seems better than the one before. I've been going for six months now. Plan on going for the next 76 years.

Not enough stars to give out for Sarah! The workout felt customized and her “bedside manner” was just what I needed. Her background in PT definitely shows when providing 1:1 instruction. Then the icing on the cake is the STRETCHING!!!! I signed up for 5 sessions. Can’t wait to re-up for another round of whipping me into core strength She’s amazing ☺️
I have been going to Stretch Plex in Greenville twice a week for over a year now and I feel so much better. My flexibility has improved a great deal and movements that used to cause pain are now pain free. The staff there are excellent - very knowledgeable and caring and I look forward to each session!
I have been getting both Personal Training and Stretch for several months. The space is clean. The staff get along well with each other. All are very nice, personable, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Personally I enjoy going there because I can see a big improvement in the original reason of hip/leg pain . Christina Bender is my personal trainer and my Stretch person.
