I came in for a stretch and some guidance around an elbow issue and I cannot tell you how informative and helpful my visit was. Ana and Matt provided so much knowledge around the mechanics of my body and what brings on issues like mine. The stretch itself is awesome; the feedback on where you are tight and how to combat it is invaluable. You can tell they are deeply knowledgeable but you can feel that they are deeply compassionate. I only wish I had gone sooner!!
I have had a number of rejuvenating stretch sessions after overdoing it playing sports in my late middle age. But today was special. My shoulder that has been bothering me for weeks. I have tried stretches and bar hangs on my own but nothing worked. Ana worked on it until it essential realigned itself. All that it needed was a good long stretch that I was unable to on my own.
