I had the best morning I’ve had in many months. After an F45 workout, I had an incredible infrared sauna session and can’t recommend it enough! The heat was soothing; it left my muscles relaxed, my mind clear, and my knees and back were no longer sore. It was the perfect blend of detox, relaxation, and self-care. I’ll definitely be making this a regular part of my wellness routine soon!!
My lower back had been stiff for three years. After just one assisted stretch, my back has not been stiff at all! Now I am working on my neck and shoulders. I love it and highly, highly recommend you give it a try
I was dealing with lingering congestion from a cold that would NOT go away. The halotherapy was recommended and I’m so glad I tried it, after one session I could physically feel the congestion draining and felt better within a day or two. Highly recommend! I also did a session the infrared sauna and it felt so good! It will require a few sessions before I see the benefits but I’m excited to continue! The space is very calming and relaxing, a great place to relax!

I'm an RN and had the owner stretch me out. She was very thorough and worked with my muscles, not hurting or over stretching. She had a very nice touch/tecnique. She covered my whole body.
