I had my intro stretch from Alexandra and Aidan at 5 months postpartum. Aidan guided me throughout the intro stretch and warm up with a lot of patience and Alexandra helped me relieve back, neck and leg pain
Stretch Med in Westford is fantastic. I am totally hooked. They provide a relaxed setting and the stretching is top notch! I always feel rejuvenated when finished! I am partial to Alexandra He - who is wonderful, but all the providers are phenomenal.
