Shane is amazing! UNFORTUNATELY, I signed up for additional because I thought that they would be around for awhile!!! WRONG!!! They signed up lots of people with great promotions, and then gave a 2 week notice of closing at the end of March, and you now had to use up all of your additional sessions or lose them. Seems like a slimy way to do business. My experience was excellent and Petra (Stretch Professional ) is awesome and incredibly knowledgeable on the body and ways to improve range of motion and actions promoting flexibility to improve my issues
tried this today; first time. I liked having a nice mix of active and passive stretches to maximize my flexibility.
Tyler was excellent and am looking forwards to using my membership.
