Molly is a very dynamic stretchologist. Duringing my weekly appointments she brings different movements to the session that works different muscle groups..and it feels great. I play recreational roller hockey goalie and feel like these sessions have kept me flexible and from sustaining any try of pulled muscles. Thank you!!
