I’ve gone to Stretch Lab for just over a month and have had an amazing experience with every flexologist I’ve worked with. Each one has been knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely invested in helping me improve. The results have been measurable - the flexibility in my shoulders and hips has noticeably improved in just a few weeks.
Highly recommend going to see Jori. Jori is a consummate professional with a deep understanding of sports and exercise science. She helped me achieve my goal of being able to touch my toes without bending my knees (previously I was more than a foot away of accomplishing this). I have seen a vast improvement in physical activities I partake in including jiu jitsu, running, biking, swimming and just feel better all around. I am excited to continue my stretch journey with Jori!
Highly recommended for athletes and folks that workout daily. Staff is great especially Kimo.
I've had a great experience at Stretchlab. They start with an assessment to show what areas I am weak or stronger in. Later, they will do another assessment to show any improvements. My Flexologists Charlsie, Kayli, and Peter are great at focusing on my specific problem areas and tailoring my sessions accordingly. As a runner, hiker, and paddleboarder, my problem areas can differ each session. I appreciate that they listen to my concerns to help improve my flexibility and mobility. I’ve been going to Stretch Lab for about a year and have had over a hundred stretches mainly with Coral. She’s the best. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and keeps me on my bicycle.
