Edited to Add: Asher is an amazing flexologist. My biceps were always soooo tight and sore from carrying my toddler even short distances. I always attributed it to a weakness issue. He started doing the equivalent of Gua sha on my biceps for just a few weeks to break down some chronic knots in my biceps (probably a more technical term, but that's the gist of it), and happy to report, that after a few sessions I am now able to carry my toddler way longer and more frequently, and most importantly, without lingering pain. The sign up process doesn’t make any sense. They want you to pay first without knowing what appointments are open. Don’t even bother wasting your time and money paying for something that you don’t even know you can go to!!!
